Keep an eye on the baby's needs meter! If it drops, have one of the adult Sims feed, play, or put the baby to sleep. It's really straightforward once you get the hang of it. Trust me, I've raised a virtual army of babies in FreePlay!
Honestly, just feed the baby and change its diaper. It's a game, not rocket science.
Allocate time to check on the baby frequently. Feed them using the high chair, play with them using toys, and make sure the crib is nearby for sleep time. Don鈥檛 forget to have adult Sims interact with the baby often!
