First-hand experience: Head to Settings, navigate to Family and Parental Controls, then to PS5 Console Restrictions. You'll need to enter your 4-digit passcode and choose to remove restrictions. Worked for me!

Go to Settings > Family and Parental Controls > PS5 Console Restrictions. Enter your 4-digit access code, then select 'Remove PS5 Console Restrictions.'
