Equip a headset, make sure your mic is on, and use the voice chat feature in the group menu. Easy as pie!
I've been playing The Division for years, and the best way to communicate during missions is using voice chat. Make sure you're in a group, then activate the 'Push to Talk' button. It keeps everyone on the same page鈥攏o one gets left behind!
Honestly, text chat all the way. Less chaotic and you can still get your point across efficiently.
