You can't tame a lion in BitLife. Maybe one day they'll add it in an update, but for now, stick to the furry friends you can actually adopt!
BitLife is pretty awesome, but taming lions isn't in its bag of tricks. Focus on becoming a billionaire or a rockstar instead!
