Just let them play! Seriously, kids naturally push and pull those Hot Wheels all day. They're learning physics without even realizing it.

Make it a mini science lab. Mark a start and finish line. Ask them to push the car lightly, then with more force, and observe the difference. For 'pull,' tie a string to the car, and have them pull it with different strengths. They'll see how force affects movement firsthand.

Grab a Hot Wheels car and a flat surface. Show 'push' by gently pushing the car away from you. Then, demonstrate 'pull' by hooking a string around the car and pulling it towards you. It's an easy and fun way to get the concept across with toys they love!

Set up a Hot Wheels track with a loop. Explain that pushing the car lets it go up and around the loop. For pull, use a magnet car or a toy tow truck. Show that pulling the car back gets it ready to zoom ahead.

Hot Wheels for teaching push and pull? Just overcomplicating things. Kids will figure it out playing in the sandbox.
