First, grab a Torx T8 and Torx T6 screwdriver, then remove the battery pack. Unscrew the five Torx screws (including the hidden one under the label). Gently pry apart the front and back panels, and voilà, you've opened up your Xbox One controller!

Grab a Torx T8 screwdriver, remove the screws, and gently pry the plastic apart. Just make sure you keep track of the tiny pieces!

I've done it myself and it's not too hard! You need to remove the battery pack first, then use a Torx T8 screwdriver for the screws under the grips and one under the label. Pry it open gently and there you go!
