Vent usage is a dead giveaway. Only imposters can use vents, so keep an eye on those sneaky movements.
Notice if someone constantly accuses others without solid proof. Overcompensation much?
When someone stays quiet in meetings or avoids answering questions directly, they might be hiding something.
