Card condition ain't everything. I had a beat-up, old Charizard card that I sold for a decent price because it was a first edition. Rarity matters.

Rarity symbols? Please. It's all about what collectors are willing to pay. If someone really wants your card, they'll pay big, symbols or not.

Honestly, just Google it. There's tons of sites that track Pokemon card values in real-time. It's way easier than trying to figure it out yourself.

Check the card's rarity symbol first - it's a tiny icon usually at the bottom of the card. Common cards have a circle, uncommons a diamond, and rares a star. Full art or holographic cards are often worth more, too. The card's condition matters a lot as well; mint condition cards fetch the highest prices. Lastly, some editions, like first editions or certain promotional cards, are super rare and can be worth a small fortune!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
