Look for buyers who communicate clearly and promptly. Payment method is key; stick to cash or secure transactions like PayPal.
I've sold stuff on Facebook Marketplace a few times. If they ask too many weird questions or want to pay outside of Facebook's payment methods, that's usually a red flag.
If they offer to overpay for your item and ask for money back, it's probably a scam.
