Search for their username from another account. If their profile shows up there but not on yours, you're definitely blocked.
Try sending them a Snap. If it says 'Pending' and never changes to 'Delivered' nor 'Opened,' you might be blocked.
Check your chat history. If their name or chat has disappeared, it's possible they've blocked you.
If you can't see their Stories or they don't appear on your Friends list anymore, these are strong indicators you're blocked.
