Spotting valuable Pokemon cards is like finding a shiny Pokemon in the wild! First off, check the card's rarity symbol usually found at the bottom right corner - circle is common, diamond is uncommon, and star means it's rare. Holofoil cards with shiny, holographic artwork are often worth more. Don't forget to look for first editions and cards with errors, as these can be surprisingly valuable. Lastly, condition matters a lot; a mint condition card is way more valuable than one that's been through a few battles.

Honestly, the real trick is knowing what's in demand. Sure, rarity, condition, and whether or not it's holographic matter, but if a card is highly sought after in the current meta, it's gonna be worth $$$.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
