How to Tell When a Pokemon Card Was Printed
AgeingJetty路7 months agoEasy peasy! Look for the little symbol at the bottom of your Pokemon card. It's usually next to the card number. It tells you the set it belongs to. And don't forget the copyright date near the bottom - that year is when the card was printed. Helps a lot when you're trying to figure out if you've got a vintage gem on your hands!

Honestly, does it matter? Just enjoy the game. Who cares about the print year unless you're selling?
Short answer: check the bottom of the card, folks. The copyright date and set symbol will tell you everything you need to know. Old cards, new cards, gotta know the age of 'em all!
From experience, the easiest way to know is by checking the tiny print at the bottom of the card. Also, if you're a real nerd like me, you start recognizing the different set symbols and can roughly date a card just by that. Took me a while to get there, but it's a neat party trick for fellow Pokemon TCG enthusiasts!
