Simply put: Walk a lot. Meteorites usually land far from where you're currently at, so get ready to do some exploring. Just make sure you have enough potions and gear for the journey!

First off, keep an ear out for the distinct sound cue that plays when a meteorite lands – it's hard to miss! After that, the best strategy is to check your map for new, small craters marked on the surface. These craters are where the meteorites land. If you're having trouble finding it, start by searching the outer edges of your world and work your way in. Meteorites tend to land in open spaces, so avoid looking in areas that are heavily built up or underground.

Honestly, just keep playing. The game will eventually lead you to it, especially if you're exploring new areas or looking for resources. Sometimes the best strategy is to not worry about it too much; you'll stumble upon it eventually.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
