Start by practicing your curveball throws, aim for the middle of the shrinking circle, and release when it's just right!
I've found that spinning the ball for a curve throw and releasing when the smaller circle is just inside the outer one works best.
Honestly, just keep throwing. You'll get it eventually. Practice makes perfect!
