You can't officially 'reverse' a trade in Pokemon GO. Just trade the Pokemon back like you did the first time!

After you trade a Pokemon, there's no direct 'trade-back' option, but you can trade it again as long as both players are willing to trade.

There's no way to directly trade back in Pokemon GO. You can only trade again. Yup, kinda tedious but that's the way it goes.
