Trading Fortnite skins directly isn't possible in the game. But you can gift skins to friends who've been on your friend list for at least 48 hours.
Epic Games doesn't support skin trading. However, you can use the gifting system to share skins with friends.
First-hand experience: I've tried to trade skins, but it turned into a gifting marathon with friends. So, gifting is your only option!
