Easy peasy! Just make sure both consoles are on the same Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings > System > System Software > Data Transfer on your PS5, and follow the prompts.

Use an external hard drive! Backup your PS4 data to it, then plug it into your PS5 and restore.

I did mine by connecting both consoles to my router with ethernet cables. The transfer was super quick and painless!
