Nope, can't do it. Bethesda never made transferring saves between iOS and Android an option for Fallout Shelter. You've gotta start fresh on Android, which honestly isn't the worst thing. New vault, new dwellers, new adventures!
Actually started a new vault on Android after playing on iOS for years, and it was kinda refreshing. Sometimes starting over is a good thing, you get to correct your past mistakes and optimize things from the get-go.
