Actually, you can't transfer GTA 5 accounts between consoles. You're stuck with where you started. But hey, think of it as a new beginning!

No can do, buddy. Rockstar doesn't support cross-platform progression or account transfer for GTA 5. So, if you're moving from Xbox to PS5, you'll have to start your life of crime over from scratch.
