Actually, some folks have had issues with the transfer not going through automatically. If that happens, ensure your PS4 game save is uploaded to the cloud. Then, download it onto your PS5. Rockstar's servers should handle the rest when you access GTA Online.

Just use the same account lol, it's not rocket science. Both consoles should be under the same PSN account, and the rest is pretty much automatic when you start GTA Online on PS5.
