Easiest way? You just gotta use the transfer system in the game! Stand near your outpost storage and select the option to transfer items. Then, simply choose your ship's cargo as the destination. Done and done!

I tried using the transfer interface in my outpost's terminal. Worked like a charm! Just make sure your ship is parked nearby.
