There's no direct transfer, sadly. It’s like moving to a new house and not being able to bring all your old furniture with you. However, logging into TCG Live with your TCGO account gets you some bonuses, which is a nice housewarming gift!

Unfortunately, you can't transfer cards directly from Pokemon TCG Online to Pokemon TCG Live. It's a fresh start for everyone, but you do get some cool rewards based on your TCGO account status when you first sign in to Live! So, it's not all a loss.
