The only legit way is to use the Group Funds feature. Create a group, add both accounts, and distribute robux through group payouts.
In my experience, the Group Funds method is the most reliable. Just make sure both accounts are in the group and have sufficient permissions.
You can't directly transfer robux between accounts. Mainly it's through group payouts or buying items, but be careful with scams!
