If both consoles are on the same network, you can transfer data directly using Wi-Fi or LAN. Just go to Settings > System > Data Transfer on your PS5.

Use a USB drive! Just export your saves to the USB on your PS4, then plug it into your PS5 and import them. Easy peasy!
