You can't directly transfer Xbox Game Pass to another account. Your best bet is to cancel the current subscription and buy a new one for the other account.

Unfortunately, you can't transfer Xbox Game Pass. Maybe just gift them a new subscription instead?

Based on my experience, you can't transfer Xbox Game Pass between accounts. I had to cancel mine and gift a new subscription to a friend.
