Well, one sneaky way is to sabotage doors when you’re the Impostor! Just use the map and click on those door icons to lock 'em tight. Crewmates will be stuck until the doors reopen.

Simple answer: you can't actually 'trap' people, but you can definitely mess with their plans using sabotage.

From my experience, the best way to trap crewmates is by sealing off the Medbay right after someone enters. They won't be able to get out or call for help!
