How to Turn Off Ads in Instagram
You can't fully disable ads on Instagram, but you can manage them by giving feedback on the ads you see. Click the '...' on an ad and choose 'This Ad Is Not Relevant' to train the algorithm.

Unfortunately, you can't completely turn off ads on Instagram, but you can make them less annoying! You can hide ads you don't like by clicking the three dots on the top right corner of the ad and selecting 'Hide Ad'.
No way to fully turn off ads on Instagram, sorry!
Used to drive me crazy too! What worked for me was hiding ads and marking them as irrelevant. Really cleaned up my feed over time.
