Sorry to break it to you, but you can't completely turn off AI on Facebook. You can, however, limit its function by adjusting your ad and privacy settings.
I wish I could give you a magic button for that, but Facebook's AI is woven into the fabric of the platform. Best you can do is play with privacy settings and ad preferences.
