Just head to the settings menu, click on the controller icon, and toggle Aim Assist to 'off'. Boom, done!

Go into the game settings, find the controller settings tab, and there's an option to disable Aim Assist. Happy aiming!

Trust me, no aim assist feels weird at first but you get used to it. Just go to settings and find 'Controller Options', then set Aim Assist to 'off'.
