How to Turn Off Facebook Comments
For Pages, you can disable comments under Page Settings -> General -> Page Moderation. Just add keywords to the moderation list, which will essentially block comments containing those words.

If you're in a group, only admins can turn off commenting. Just click the three dots on the post and select 'Turn off commenting'. Easy peasy!
You can鈥檛 turn off comments on personal posts, but you can adjust who can comment. Go to your post, click the three dots, select 'Who can comment on your post?' and choose your preference!
Hot take: You can't fully turn them off on personal profiles. Just control the audience or use Page moderation.
