Super easy! Just go to Settings > Accessories > Controllers, and you'll find the option to turn off the haptic feedback. Your thumbs will thank you!
Had to do this myself! Head over to Settings, then Accessories, and select Controllers. You can adjust the intensity or turn it off completely there. Happy gaming!
