Go into the options menu, find the 'Main Parameters' section, and uncheck the 'HUD' box. Boom, HUD-free gaming.

I can't imagine why you'd want to lose that sweet HUD, but hey, if that's your jam, you'll find the option under 'Main Parameters' in the settings.

To turn off the HUD in War Thunder, just go to the game settings, then navigate to 'Main Parameters' and disable the 'HUD' option. Simple as that!
