You can't entirely turn off Notes on Instagram, but you can mute them. Just tap and hold the Note in your DMs, then select 'Mute Notes' from the options.

You can't turn off Notes on Instagram. Just mute 'em and move on!
For now, you can't turn off Notes. You can mute them by holding the note in your DMs and selecting 'Mute Notes'.
It's not possible to disable Notes completely, but you can mute them. Just long-press on a note in your DM and select 'Mute Notes'. I did it and it works perfectly!
