Simple! Just tap the three-dot menu at the bottom right, then go to Settings and toggle the 'Chat' option on.

Go into a game, tap the chat icon (looks like a speech bubble) at the top of your screen, and it should pop open!

First hand: Open the Roblox app, hit those three dots for a menu, and navigate to Settings. There, you can turn on chat. Easy peasy!
