Ray tracing is overrated. Stick with performance mode for better FPS!

From my experience, just switching to DirectX 12 in the settings, then enabling ray tracing options like Shadows and Reflections, massively improved the graphics. But be warned, it can tank your FPS if your system isn't beefy!

To turn on ray tracing in Fortnite, go to settings, then Video, and make sure your DirectX version is set to 12. After that, scroll down to the Ray Tracing section and enable the features you want. It might make your game look amazing, but make sure your PC can handle it!

Just head into the settings, hit the Video tab, change to DirectX 12, and switch on ray tracing. Don鈥檛 forget to turn on specific features like reflections and shadows to see the magic happen.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
