Why does everything in space always require turning on relays? Anyway, get to Relay GB-23, deal with the baddies, and activate the terminal. Done and done!
First, you need to head to Relay GB-23. Once there, make sure you clear out any enemies and then power up the terminal to activate the relay.
Just remember to keep an eye out for marauders! Clear them out first, then head to the terminal and flip the switch.
