How to Unblock Someone from Instagram
From my experience, the quickest way is through Settings: Go to Settings > Privacy > Blocked Accounts, then find the person and hit "Unblock."

Easy peasy! Just go to their profile by searching their username, tap the three dots in the top right corner, and select "Unblock." Voila, back to being buddies on Insta!
You could just start a new account and follow them again, but that's a bit extreme, don't ya think?
