Just go to your Facebook settings and find 'Blocking'鈥攊t ain't hiding! Tap 'Edit', then 'Unblock' next to their name.
Personally, I had to unblock my cousin after a family spat, and found it under Settings > Blocking鈥攇ave me a chuckle!
