Unfortunately, once you've hit delete, the messages are gone for good. Instagram doesn't have an undelete feature for DMs.
Yeah, you can't undelete messages on Instagram. Once they're gone, they're gone.
Deleted Instagram messages are not recoverable. If they're super important, maybe check if you have any email notifications with their content.
