Oh, that's super easy! Just open up your Steam client and go to the 'Library' tab. Find the game you want to say bye-bye to, right-click on it, and choose 'Manage' > 'Uninstall'. Steam will ask if you're sure (just in case you're having a moment of doubt), confirm it, and poof! It's gone.

Just drag the game out of your Steam library and into the recycle bin. Kidding! You need to right-click the game in your Library, hit 'Manage', then 'Uninstall'. Done and done.
