It's easy! Just buy a Retraining Manual from a skills trader and use it on the survivor you want to reset. Worked like a charm for me.

To unlearn a skill in State of Decay 2, you'll need to use a Retraining Manual. You can find one at the trader or sometimes in loot! Happy scavenging!
