You can unlock most characters in Mortal Kombat X by progressing through the Story Mode. For others, you'll need to spend Koins in the Krypt or buy them through DLC packs. Happy fighting!

Unlock characters by completing Story Mode! Some require Koins or DLC purchases, but it's worth it for the full roster.

I've unlocked all the characters by grinding through Story Mode and using Koins in the Krypt. It takes time, but totally doable without spending extra money!
