Easiest way to unlock characters? Just keep playing Vs. Mode. After every few matches, you'll face a new challenger. Beat them, and they're yours!

You can unlock characters in SSBU by playing through World of Light, practicing in Classic Mode, or simply battling it out in Vs. Mode!

If you're all about that instant gratification, you can trigger a challenger battle after completing a match, then reset the game to repeat the process. It's a bit tedious but super effective!

Classic Mode is a real gem for unlocking characters. Each character has its own path and new characters show up as you progress through the game!

Just play the game; they'll come to you! Classic Mode, World of Light, or just regular matches - you'll get 'em all eventually.
