Well, hate to break it to ya, but you can’t unlock Greninja in Super Smash Bros Brawl on the Wii. He wasn't introduced until Super Smash Bros for 3DS and Wii U.

Greninja wasn’t even a sparkle in Nintendo’s eye back when Brawl came out. He made his debut in the next-gen Smash Bros.

Nope, Greninja isn't available in Brawl. He first appeared in the 3DS/Wii U version of the game.

Sorry to disappoint, but Greninja doesn't exist in Brawl. Try the newer versions of the game for that ninja frog.
