How to Unlock Helminth in Warframe?
Honestly, Deimos is gross, but it's worth it for the Helminth system. Finish the Heart of Deimos quest, hit up Son in the Necralisk, get the blueprint, and you're good to go.

You need to complete the Heart of Deimos questline and be at least Mastery Rank 8. Then, get the Helminth Segment blueprint from Son in the Necralisk, craft it, and install it in your Orbiter.
Unlocking Helminth is kinda like raising a space goat, except less smelly and more complicated. First, you've gotta be Mastery Rank 8. Then, you need to build the Helminth Segment from the Infested Room in your Orbiter. To do that, hit up Son in the Necralisk on Deimos and complete the Heart of Deimos storyline. Once you've got that, craft the segment, install it, and boom! You're ready to feed Helminth all the junk you don't want.
