You can't actually unlock Jason in Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition because he's not available in that version of the game. Try Mortal Kombat X.

Jason's only in MKX. Komplete Edition has tons of great characters, but unfortunately, Jason ain't one of them.

Sorry to break it to you, but Jason Voorhees is exclusive to Mortal Kombat X as a DLC character. The Komplete Edition doesn't feature him.
