Unfortunately, Jinpachi isn't available as a playable character in Tekken 5 on PC. He's just the final boss, so you can only fight him, not play as him!

Straight-up, you can't unlock Jinpachi in Tekken 5 on PC. He's strictly a boss character you'll face at the end.
