Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Motaro isn’t a playable character in Mortal Kombat 3. You’d need to use a Game Genie or other cheat codes to mess with the game to even try that.

You can’t actually unlock Motaro in Mortal Kombat 3 through normal gameplay. He’s a boss character and not meant to be playable. Bummer, right?
