I did it last weekend! Got all five Time Eggs by completing the miniatures, then talked to Supreme Kai of Time and got the secret ending. It's epic!
To unlock the secret ending in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, you need to collect all five Time Eggs by completing the Parallel Quests and then talk to the Supreme Kai of Time. Once you've done that, head to the Time Nest to access the secret missions!
You really just need the five Time Eggs. Trust me, it sounds harder than it actually is.
