To unlock Sgt. Byrd in Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon, head to the Midday Gardens home world and visit the Sgt. Byrd's Base sub-level. Pay Moneybags the required gems to free him, and voilà, you can enter sgt byrd's world and flyyyyy!
